Madonna di Campiglio, 2010.
This new building, being the result of the reconstruction of a pre-existing structure, complies with the principles of green building. It is entirely made of wood with the only exception of the ground floor and the underground parking. It is composed of two real estate units separated from each other: the one on the ground floor is intended for the owner’s children and the second apartment, on two levels on the upper floors, is occupied by the owner himself. The formal aspects and finishes reflect a traditional language with elements of a local tradition which are, however, interpreted in a new and modern way.
